The Press Brake uses a Multi-touch control system that permits pre-programming of hundreds of different precise bends that are accessible with the push of a button. It also allows for a 3-D visualization of the action before it is performed. The variety of bends can be attributed to the machines ability to change tools quickly and safely. Each bend can be performed in three different ways; manually with either the Allen Key or QuickClamp, or it can be completed automatically using hydraulics.
The new press brake has a capability of 72 tons of press force and can handle pieces up to 80 inches long. The press can bend a wide range of material thicknesses and has position accuracy of 0.002 inches.
